Hello class~ Still trying to learn this tech blog stuff. I'm very excited about learning different techniques for relaxation. I'm going through some yukky stuff now in my life and it really does help to take the time to breath and slow down! Hope everyone has a great week.
I hope that as we going through how to relax, and heal mind & body that you are able to help heal yourself through the "yucky" that you are going through. It does help to take the time to breath and slow down, but often that is easier said than done I find is the case for me at least. Were you able to listen to the relaxation recording yet? I was able to relax my breathing (which is always good) but wasn't able to relax my hands and arms in the way that was described.
