Good afternoon everyone.  Just got done watching the football playoffs and decided it was time to hit the homework.  I just listened to Journey On and found it very interesting and relaxing.  I've been having some wrist problems lately so the thought process of focusing on my hands and arms was very time appropriate.  I like to meditate right before I go to bed.  I find it helps me sleep better and I perform better at work the next day.  To everyone...have fun on the Journey.

  1. Hello Dana, Hopefully your team won this weekend. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed listening to this exercise. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the gentleman did not talk for the whole 10 minutes. Several times a week I will listen to an audio of the ocean with the sea gulls in the background. This audio really relaxes me and lets me go to a place that I love to be. The nice thing about all these relaxation techniques is that there is usually 1 or 2 that somebody can find to listen to that will help them relax. Just because one does not work for me does not mean that it will not work for you. Great job
